苗栗縣苑裡國小九十八年後備軍人緩召公告

申請依據	應具備條件	申請要領	應繳送之證件			備考
			初次申請	申請延長時效	申請複核
兵役法第41條第3款.現任國民中小學校教員，曾在教育部 認可之師範學校畢 業或經檢定合格任教一年以上，經審 查核定者。	1.取得教師合格證。2.在國民學校任教，並取得正式聘書。3＊限制：兼任、代課、代理、實習教師聘任者、留職停薪，均不納入申請資格。	閱悉年度緩召公告，應檢附學經歷證件送服務學校申請辦理。	一、經歷證　　件(聘　　書)。二、教師登　　記合格　　證。〈非師院 畢業者需檢　　任教滿一年 證明〉三、退伍證明書。四、畢業證　　書。	一、    聘書〈兼任組長、主任教師者，註明實際授課節數〉二、    課表	核定不准原因，申複理由註於處理名冊。	1.新發生緩召原因，應於30日內提出申請，手續與初次申請同。2.初次、延長時效申請作業同年度申請作業。3.年度申請作業期間為：96年8月1日起至96年10月31日止。

合於兵役法第41條第3款「國民學校教員」緩召者，申請手續如下表規定：97年度緩逐召作業要點及申請名冊詳見教育局/各式計畫表單/學管課/緩召  中華民國九十八年八月六日
